Many of us have been missing our in-person yoga classes, so we’re pleased to announce our new outside yoga classes beginning this week and running through early fall.
- Wednesdays, 9:00-10:15 am: Vinyasa Yoga
- Friday, 9:00-10:00 am: Hatha Yoga
As always with our morning classes, you MUST sign up online via Mind Body by 9:00 pm the evening prior to each outside, in-person class to guarantee that class will happen. We will hold each class as long as at least ONE person signs up by the 9:00 pm deadline. Later online registrations will be allowed after that time up until 8:00 am the morning of each class as space permits. We are limiting outside class attendance to FOUR students to ensure plenty of space (more than the required six feet) between everyone .
Classes will be held OUTSIDE on the patio behind Shenandoah Yoga & Shenandoah Bicycle Company, weather permitting. When weather does not permit, classes will be held online, and students will be notified of the change in format by email by no later than one hour in advance.
Bring your own mat (we suggest you bring two for extra padding on the brick and concrete surface) plus any props (block/strap) that you’d like to use. Please wear a mask getting to/from your mat while you may come into closer proximity with others. During class while maintaining the required social distancing, your mask is optional, but we encourage use of it throughout. Remember, we’ll be outside, so please dress appropriately for the temperature.
