We’re pleased to kick off our new Fall Schedule effective Wednesday, September 4. While most of our class offerings remain the same, we’re excited about a few changes:
Yoga Basics (NEW!)
Starting next Monday, September 9 at 7:15 pm and happening for the next month, this hour-long class is perfect for those new to yoga or for those returning to yoga after a break in their practice. Be sure to tell your friends, family and colleagues who may be interested in yoga! With a focus on yoga’s fundamentals, including basic yoga poses, breathing and meditation, each of these four classes will be different – come to any one or all of them.
Prenatal Yoga (RETURNING!)
Starting this Thursday, September 5 at 6:45 pm, our longtime popular yoga class for pregnant women is back to its nearly weekly offering. Women are welcome during all stages of pregnancy. Reminder: Prenatal Yoga Students MUST sign up 24 hours (or more) ahead of class each week.
