Introducing our 2021 Winter Class Schedule
With the New Year comes our new class schedule, effective January 4, 2021.
Our regular classes includes the following (See class descriptions):
- Mondays @ 5:30-7:00 pm – Hatha Yoga
- Mondays @ 7:15-8:30 pm – Vinyasa Yoga
- Wednesdays @ 9:00-10:15 am – Vinyasa Yoga
- Thursdays @ 5:30-6:30 pm – Hatha Yoga
- Thursdays twice per month @ 6:45-7:45 pm – Prenatal Yoga (January 14 & 28; February 11 & 25; and March 11 & 25)
Special class offerings include the following:
- Thursday, January 7 @ 7:00-8:00 pm – Yoga for Tight Hips
- Thursday, January 21 @ 7:00-8:15 pm – Yoga for Healthier Backs
- Thursday, February 4 @7:00-8:00 pm – Yoga for a Stronger Core
- Thursday, February 18 @7:00-8:15 pm – Yoga for Better Posture
- Thursday, March 4 @7:00-8:00 pm – Yoga for Tight Hips
- Thursday, March 18 @7:00-8:00 pm – Restorative Yoga
Regular class passes apply to all regular classes & special class offerings. Drop-ins are welcome for all classes.
